I purchased the item on 1/19, which was to be delivered on 1/23, but it didn't arrive until 2/6. I don't know what happened with the shipping. However, the seller's communication was very good, and he offered to give me a partial refund for waiting so long. The item is what I was looking for and fits in my car. It's not as strong as the more expensive one on the market, but it works for me and my budget. Thank you I would buy again from this seller.
