The first time I got this item, they sent me a copper bottle instead of the structuring plate however when I contacted them, they readily apologized and mentioned that they would look into the issue. I had to send couple of followups to get the actual item shipped but they did. Though it wasn't very pleasant going back and forth, every time they were diligent to respond and take actions to send me the actual product. On those grounds, yes it was a positive experience.
My order was despatched promptly and well packaged so I was very pleased to receive it. However the items it contained are slightly incorrect so I'm waiting to hear how MasterMart_INDIA can make it right. I'm sure they'll sort it. I'll update here. Ordered 2 x R87 and 1 x R88. Have received, thank you! Didn’t get the one I ordered in this picture, seller reached out & said it got stopped in customs. They didn’t have a replacement, however they sent me another book. Very good condition, good value. Appearance & quality of book is new & well done.
