Item was not received as brand-new, factory-packaged & equivalent to retail store presentation as specifically described in the item listing. See attached photo. However, after several courteous & diplomatic communications back & forth w/ this vendor, they addressed the situation beyond my satisfaction w/ a sincere apology strongly reinforced w/ a partial refund in response to my request for compensation. I requested my order to be delayed a couple days since I was going on vacation. The seller was very responsive in getting back with me every time I needed a response. The Play Doh looks to be in excellent condition. I did not open the package to see if it was moist or not. This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. All in all; I had an excellent experience with the buyer and appreciate that they always responded promptly.
