Brand new - excellent condition, exactly as described. Prompt shipping. I was a bit hesitant to buy because there was no picture showing the item was indeed a WIDE shoe, but that was the description. So, I sent a message to confirm. But, the seller did not respond. I figure this is because of their high voulme. I love these! I bought another pair that came in dece.t time. These were very slow to ship and arrive. They were ordered a day apart and ce a week apart. I inquired, and they don't reapond. Poor communication. I'll keep buying from them cuz they have good prices. They just don't seem to care about customer concerns, and that is disappointing. I just know what to expect if I deal with them again.
