Quality good, shipping is 50-50 the condition on one was good but the other one wasn't good, it was damaged. They were willing to ship me another one/refund me for replacement. Also forgot screws in the second battery. The battery was in good shape, for the first one pristine *new* condition, and the other one seemed to be worn, but the box it came in was completely taped up. It was damaged, the battery itself wasn't, just the box and the case itself. Would buy again. Just provide more care.
We've bought from them before, always with good results. This time, the package was lost and found damaged in transit, and returned to them. Their support was "Ok", but could have been better. They were a little slow to communicate, and it was often as if they had not read my messages. But I would buy from them again.
