I received the rooster statue today. I had told the seller it was a replacement for one my mom had lost in a recent move and they took exceptional care, and I mean exceptional care, in packing it! It arrived in perfect condition and I can’t wait to surprise mom on Christmas Day. I would shop this seller again in a heartbeat. Item is great but it should have been packed in a better shipping box with more care. It was wrapped in a used piece of tissue paper and shipped in a flimsy soft box which arrived somewhat squashed. Seller is good with communication but grossly overcharged $12.10 to ship this very light item - checking the USPS site, I found the item should have only cost $5.85 to ship! However, I got a break on the item so I am satisfied.
