Shipping Shipping We understand that receiving your items quickly and safely is a crucial part of shopping online. As of this, we want to explain how things work at Golfbase so you can buy with confidence. The most important thing to note is that if anything goes wrong, we will do everything in our power to redeem the situation and make sure that our customers are always left happy. Our team work very hard to make sure your items are packed and out the door as quickly and securely as possible. UK Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will leave us that day. If you need your items quickly please read our upgrades section and act accordingly. Orders after 3pm will not be dealt with until the next working day. Returns Returns FREE RETURNS 1 . Fill out the form where required and choose the reason code that specifies the cause for returning your item. If you no longer have your original returns form, please enclose a printout of your order or a note showing both your order and contact details. 2. Please visit the Royal Mail Returns webpage to create your return label to print. If you do not have a printer, you will be emailed a QR Code, by the Royal Mail, for the Post Office to scan and print the label for you. 3. Place our returns form inside your parcel and take it to your local Post Office. 4. You must get proof of postage from your post office If you fail to identify proof of postage you are liable for any lost items. 5. Lovely new OJ shirt at very reasonable price. Well packed and quick delivery - hassle free. Only slight downside was the 'stock' photo showed shirt to be considerably paler than it actually is. Not an issue for me, as still a great colour - just not quite as expected. Not seller's fault as 'stock' photos usually come from OJ. Well pleased overall with a top quality product.

There was an issue with delivery that Golfbase sorted very efficiently and quickly, it was not their fault. Customer service is often lacking these days but not here. Highly recommended, goods as described and keenly priced.
