  1. My item started out from the usa but the ad gives the appearance as shipping from within canada from the get go. I think this should be made clearer by the ad, it is the business of buyers to know imho. The item has no apparent flaws and looks like new. My tags were attached. He almost sent me black when i in a previous email cleary said navy , seller must be super careful especially when he offers no returns. All in its a brand new parka and i saved a tonne of money. Seller is courteous.
