After the payment was made for the item in this listing, the seller asked me to request a refund because they did not have the lot of 240 pencil sharpeners to ship to me. Reguardless of what the shipping issues are, I don't think an item should be listed as available when it is not even in the sellers possession. A full refund was issued and so I gave the seller positive feedback.
The item arrived exactly as described and was well packaged. Communication with the seller was excellent, and they were helpful throughout the process.
