This is a womens duster. He is a size medium. It is 100% cotton. It is made by Suzy Wyoming. It's beautiful. It has a collar. It has a light purple, thick trim around the collar. The front and back chest area are purple velvet panels, adored Med with purple rhinestones. The code has long sleeves and snaps at the cuff. It has snaps all the way down the front. It is completed. Looks like it came out of a western. It does need to be cleaned.  it's beautiful other than some white dirt. I don't think there's a thing wrong with it. It feels like canvas. But it is cotton.
