We did not have any bad experiences with this seller. The water tank was as described and fits into the machine we got it for. Adam was sure to let us know that it did not come with a lid so it was clear. We got the package in good timing. It was well packaged with Styrofoam and he sent a little note along with it. It was a nice touch. I am not sure if we will buy from him again but he does have a lot of variety. If we need any random thing I'm sure we will check in here to see if he has it.
Shipping was timely and cost efficient. As described. Box damaged in 2 corner but Packaging was excellent. Electronic mother board was wrapped 3 times Then packed in 3 inch thick styrofoam fitting box. No space was unfilled. Much better than expected. Value was preserved. Electronic was well protected from any damage that might occur. Arrived undamaged and in perfect condition. Will not hesitate in using this merchant again.
The container was clean without any cracks or issues whatsoever. It was packaged very carefully with lots of padding, which I appreciate since I’ve had one destroyed already. The item was exactly as described, arrived very quickly, and has already worked like a charm in my carpet cleaner. Really appreciate the transaction and would absolutely buy from the seller again.
