I received the Dyson just as described. Unfortunately it would not charge. I contacted the seller and they said they would send me a new charger. Couple days later not only did I receive the new charger but a another battery as well.Works perfect they were quick resolve the issue extremely polite about itand professional, definitely will buy from them again.
Positive review of seller, but not item. Received item promptly in open box as described and appeared new. However, ear piece would drop calls routinely and after 2 weeks or so would not connect to phone properly. Returned through eBay without issue for full refund. So there was no issue with seller.
It arrived in a different box but that doesn’t matter to me. Yes it’s used like described in the post but it looks to be in very good condition. 1 little scratch on the handle. A+++ seller
