  1. Fast shipping, well packaged yet was somehow damaged anyway in international transit. I think the delivery truck must've driven over it. These things happen, but seller was super quick to respond, very friendly and communicative, dealt with it immediately and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  2. Items were not packed well, using Saran Wrap rather than bubble wrap (there was lots of available room in the shipping box) and only on a few of the figures. They were rattling around freely in the box and could have been damaged during shipping. Packaging was below minimum expectation.
