Ordered a 4 1/2” brake and received a 4” Contacted the seller and they said to throw it away. I would have sent it back on my own dime. I reorder and received another 4” The packaging even said it was a 4” I did even recontact the seller this last time. Customer service can be hard to find anymore anywhere. It’s can be frustrating because it delays the task at hand. I’ll just go without. Probably time to ease up on EBay purchases anyway. Thank you,
This seller was exceptional. The shipment went all over the eastern coast and finally arrived today. The seller decided to refund the cost of the product (which he didn't have to do that.... but appreciated). Unfortunately the screws that hold the spindle on the deck were missing. But, that's ok... I'll make it work. Maybe the old screws will work... again, this seller is a diamond in the rough.. please consider ordering from his website.....
I've purchased other mower deck chutes (lousy parts) from other sellers on Ebay, but this company seems to have the better quality chutes than anyone else!!! Since I was a repeat customer (this was my 2nd or 3rd mower deck chute from them, other ones broke at the hinge from impacts) they already had the info on file, I didn't even have to tell them to ship it, they just did it. The part arrived in two days (Next state of course)
