Excellent seller, great communication! They inspected the filter before shipping it and found it had been damaged. They let me know right away and attempted to get a replacement, but the unit is on backorder. They then gave me a full refund. I really appreciate that they took the time to inspect their stuff instead of just sending it. It saved me a huge amount of time and stress. I'll definitely be reordering once the filter is back in stock.
The item delivered was in a bag with the shown part number, although it was different than shown. Prior to ordering, I asked the seller if it would work in my Bissell unit and the seller replied (same day) that it would work. The valve was installed and it does work. Shipping was fast. Thanks.
Received the shipment very quickly. The item was as described. Unfortunately, while being shipped, part of the roller brush got a little damaged. But it still works so I am giving a positive review. But in future I would like to see better packaging to protect the items.
