They let me know right away and attempted to get a replacement, but the unit is on backorder. They then gave me a full refund. I really appreciate that they took the time to inspect their stuff instead of just sending it. It saved me a huge amount of time and stress. I'll definitely be reordering once the filter is back in stock.

  2. Received the shipment very quickly. The item was as described. Unfortunately, while being shipped, part of the roller brush got a little damaged. But it still works so I am giving a positive review. But in future I would like to see better packaging to protect the items.
