A++ Seller, item arrived as described, packaging was performed by a seasoned professional glass packer. It was shipped quickly and efficiently. Item was clean and well packed. Pictures accurately reflected the item that I received. The modem was in great condition and I was able to connect to my ISP without any issues. The only issue I had was the communication. The seller was not very responsive to messages before or after the sale.
