A++ Seller, item arrived as described, packaging was performed by a seasoned professional glass packer. It was shipped quickly and efficiently. Small problem arose in the process, it was acknowledged, and resolved in less than 24hrs. Communication by the seller was efficient and precise. Definitely an asset to the e-Bay community.
Item was clean and well packed. Pictures accurately reflected the item that I received. The modem was in great condition and I was able to connect to my ISP without any issues. The only issue I had was the communication. The seller was not very responsive to messages before or after the sale.
