Exactly as described. Had to find/buy 1 set screw just as told by seller. Item arrived promptly & very well packed with all remaining parts in original packaging. Could find absolutely nothing to complain about as all parts were in perfect condition. Took me a bit of experimentation to figure out assembly (no instructions I could find online), but once done it adjusted and mounted easily,providing a much better location and support for my VBK Gladiator NXT EVO
The seller responds quickly and rectifies issues without hassles. I wouldn’t have any concerns with them standing behind there items. I purchased a 5 pkg of open/ new deadbolts. Well packed in bubble wrap, however 2 were damaged. Item had to be shipped without inspection! On a positive note, I notified the seller and credit issued the same day.
