First time buyer and very skeptical. Have never used Ebay before. The item was packaged extremely well. Shipping was ahead of schedule and the item was in amazing condition as described. The shark vacuum wand I received was exactly as it was described. The seller shipped the item quickly. I received the item late but to no fault of the seller. When I reached out to the seller they looked into it and gave me an update quickly. I would definitely buy from seller again.
