  1. There was an initial hiccup with the order in that I originally received a different item than what I had order (A V15 Detect standard and not the V15 Detect Submarine). The seller was extremely prompt and gracious in responding, quickly shipped off the correct item, and added a return UPS shipping label for me to facilitate return of the wrong items. I am very pleased with the service I received. The V15 Detect Submarine is in great shape and is working better than expected.

  2. I gave this item 5 stars, as the product itself met expectations. However, the communication regarding delivery was poor. Despite multiple attempts to coordinate with the seller—including offering local pickup options—there was no clear response. The item was also left out in the rain while we were away, though thankfully only the outer carton was wet. We had to ask a friend to retrieve and hold it for us until we returned from our trip.
