Arrived extremely late. When I tried to communicate with seller for updates I was ignored. Packaging had the bear folded into. Value of the bear was too expensive for a delay and the condition it arrived in packaging. The bear is a Bukowski & it was described with all the appropriate tags, however it wasn't in good condition because it's obviously been played with & that was not mentioned in the description. Very unhappy customer 💔
Shipping was timely, item was as described, packaging was secure and really was a great value considering the cost when initially purchased. There were no hiccups with this purchase
