There was a small mix up concerning the purchased item. The seller worked tirelessly over 4th Of July holiday to resolve my issue. Communication and customer service were second to none. Received my corrected order in days. Item was a keypad deadbolt lock. New as described. All parts present and working. Very pleased with the item as it is an exact replacement for my old lock. Don’t have to change anything with the door. Five star seller, service, and product. Highest recommendation possible !!
Seller delivered products that were each individually sealed to prevent spillage/leakage during transit. All appear to be genuine and in new condition as advertised. Price was competitive. Shipping took slightly longer than expected because package was switched from one carrier (UPS) to another (USPS) which caused some confusion (UPS sent notification that package was shipped then cannceled), but otherwise my experience with seller was positive.
Very quick shipping. Product as described. Messaging response was slow, off-topic, and not especially helpful. The transaction was positive despite this. This seller would likely have better overall feedback if they communicated more effectively with buyers.
