When I received my item , which was supposed to be a bobbin case, it came in a regular envelope, the end was opened and the only thing inside the package was a small plastic bag the bobbin case was supposed to be in there. Poor shipping method. I did get a refund, but will not order from this place again as they do not know how to package items to be shipped properly. ***I have the plain white envelope it came in. It should have been placed in a padded envelope.
