shipping cost was ok packaging could have been better, but nothing was lost out of the beat-up box it came in. the box had a hole in it and a hose was sticking out, the post office lady said she was horrified in its condition. so.. I brought it home opened it up and all was good, I immediately put it together and used all of its functional parts I was very happy with this machine all worked great! and was as described. even better it was genuine Rainbow vacuum and at a great value. Came early.
