Seller was amazing as far as communication but for the price of shipping i thought the packaging would be better instead of shrink wrapping 2 lowes boxes together and putting a bike inside which led to alot of important parts getting lost with the box falling apart but the seller did help me sort out the mess and refund most of the money i had to use on replacing the things that were lost
