Quality of the coat is good for Carhartt, and this company priced it very well. It was new in package with tags still attached. Unfortunately it didn't arrive with a hood as described in listed info, so I contacted customer support, and was Quickly helped, and we negotiated a fair deal so I could purchase the hood. They got this problem resolved in 24 hours, and I thank them for the assistance. This is a company I'll continue to purchase from.

Super fast shipping. Package was carefully done. Item exactly as described. Value was ok bc it was a bid. I wish the seller would put in the description initially they don't ship to P .O box prior to bidding so the buyer knows . Item was gorgeous. Communication was lackluster it took 2-3 days for a response bk. But other then that all went well.
