  1. The Bissell CrossWave handle wand received as promised and on time as predicted by the carrier. Tracking the parcel was a bit confusing at the moment it landed in my country, for 2 weeks there was no change regarding parcel location. The packaging was insufficient so the sharp edges of the plastic covering of the structure pierced through the bubble wrapping. The protruding plastic covering was nicked and scratched. Luckily the damage was minimal and I was able to shave and polish the plastic.

  2. Seller was great. Quick shipping and fast response to my Return Request. The item was defective from the manufacturer, at no fault of the Seller. The problem with the item was something the seller could not have known about in advance. This is a seller I would buy from again.

  3. Attachments are new and are SHARK brand, exactly as described. They arrived intact, packaged well. Shipping took a few more days than expected, but this is the new norm due to UPS/USPS contract termination. Attachments were a lot cheaper than on SHARK's website!
