Brand new. Extremely fast shipping. No issues with seller. UPS driver placed the package out on the street under my mailbox. It would have fit in the mailbox. My front door is 100 ft from the mailbox with a wide concrete driveway. This is where the normal UPS driver leaves packages. Thankfully I was at home and retrieved it before someone else did. This is a lame UPS driver. No fault of the seller.
