Paying 37.45 in shipping is absurd to begin with but the seller did not take any precautions to protect the product during shipping. Item arrived heavily damaged and in need of multiple repairs even though it was in mint condition in photos used to sell item. Seller was apologetic and offered to refund the sale. I thought it was a stand up thing to do however it’s been 9 days and a refund has not been received. I reached out for follow up but no response.
Item was absolutely just as described. A lil dusty but that's to be expected! Item works perfectly. My own issue was how long shipping took. It took 10 days of making a label for the item to arrive at usps ( via tracking) Seller said everything had been shipped and nothing was updating which very well could have been the case. I think this was just a honest bump in the road, but item was absolutely PERFECT. Will be returning for other items
Price was excellent. Mechanical and cosmetic condition of the scanner were also very good. The device works as it should. That said, the scanner was shipped without its (uncommon!) USB-A to USB-B cable. Fortunately, I had a spare. The package also failed to include the manufacturer-supplied scanning software. Again, I happened to not need it. Shipping time was okay. Packaging was exemplary, w/original box and ample padding.
