Charging dock was new, and included the mounting screws. The seller did great to ship the item as expected, but the postal service sent it to my state and city. Somehow, the item went to Virginia, and returned again to me a few days later. Not the fault of the seller. Everything made it fine, just took a little extra time. Great price, great seller, thanks.

The seller worked with me and everything was great. The post office left the box in front of our garage and we were unable to see it and ran over it. Unfortunately, the item is damaged but not because of the seller. I have called the post office to report it.
