This item was described as new and in an unopened box. However, the box was beat to heck and super taped up. It was delivered in a box that was even more beat up and taped up. With that being said, I believe the foot massager was new, but you can't convince me that the box wasn't opened. However, the foot massager seems unused and clean. Close enough! I am not picky. The massager is super nice, everyone in the house gives it two thumbs up. Smooth transaction and good communication. Thanks!!

The seller had the wrong part number listed. I bought and it arrived un the condition that is shown in the pics but wrong part number. I need VS (listed) and the actual part is not VS. I contactedcseller and made them aware of the issue and they sent me a return label. I packed it up and shipped it back. Upon receipt, the money was returned to my card. Seller is very responsible and responsive. I will consider buying from again due to the no hassle way of doing business.

Beautiful! Thank you! GREAT communication. Professional and accommodating my request to be packaged a certain way. The item is exactly as I saw pictures of. Perfect price. Shipping was a little late but it also stated that seller would be gone during that time so I knew what to expect. No surprises!
