There was a little confusion in ordering and finding out it was pickup from the seller. However, when I found out what was happening quickly after ordering I cancelled the order. The seller was very good in accomidating with helping us with the shipping however, after all was said and done the total cost ended higher than we could accept. this A/C unit was damaged in shipping by UPS. the item arrived at my door looking like it was run over by a forklift take a look at the picture. top of the unit is separating and doesn't blown cold air I want to thank the seller for taking the unit back and refunding my payment.
