Packed well, shipped fast, but missing new sanding belts as was part of the auction description. Seller offered a refund when I asked them, but was not receptive to offering a partial refund for the cost of the missing belt pack. Since the cost for me to ship back the sharpener was almost as much as the missing belts, I opted to keep the sharpener - thus the neutral rating rather than positive.
