ESC are great - 5 star for product at a great price. However, ZERO for EVRI as their tracking of parcels are useless!!! - took a whole week for EVRI to update their tracking system AFTER about 5 emails to them to update & supply delivery date for the parcel, which I never had received from them.
This item arrived in great shape and was exactly as described. It looks great on my old, weathered, wooden fence. I do recommend you package it in a more sturdy package because, I did have to straighten a portion of it that was slightly bent in shipping.
