I did not receive the product I ordered. It was a substitute product as the original item is no longer available. The substitute product was not suitable and so I returned it. Original package was damaged by Australia Post causing 1 of 2 items to be lost in transit, seller organised a replacement which arrived also with damage package by Australia Post but item was perfect and not lost. Part arrived as described & genuine part. despatched quickly.. It arrived 2 days after Aust Post advised, but it was their delay.. Only criticism, if you can call it that, is the postage cost was almost as dear as the item itself & a bit over the top for 2 plastic washers.. Would definitely use this seller again..
