Overall I can't fault the seller who was excellent and I highly recommend him. However, there were significant problems with the courier (UPS). Firstly, they charged import duties of £70 when the listing stated these were included. However, I contacted the seller who was very apologetic and said they had experienced problems with UPS doing this. He asked me to pay UPS and then he immediately refunded me. Secondly, further problems experienced with UPS delaying the delivery day by day for a week.
Item delivered very quickly indeed. One small issue nothing to do with the seller, when the package was delivered they charged £52 import duty this was included in the sellers price there should have been no additional charge. Contacted then seller and told them they me asked to send a copy of the UPS receipt the seller immediately arranged a full credit of this amount. So top marks to the seller for quick delivery and import duty refund. Thanks again and top marks 11/10
Excellent service. Fast reply to questions. All shipping and taxes were included in the price and they were still roughly half the cost of buying wheels from my local Suzuki dealer. UPS did charge the import fee but this was quickly refunded by Tunershop-eu. They said it was an issue they were having with UPS in the UK and should not have been charged. Top quality wheels too. Would definitely use again.
