Received pump in less than a week. Came in the original packaging and the box was not damaged. Pump worked, but had a slight leakage issue from the pump motor housing. Contact sellers and they quickly shipped out a replacement. New pump works perfectly as described. No issues with leaks and the pump is very quiet. Best valued purchase. Wish I could give more than a five star rating for the seller. Easy to get in contact with and are quick to respond. Even followed to see if pump was received

The seller likely wasn't aware of the issue, and the product may have come from a pallet return facility. I'm happy with the fast shipping and the convenience of USB-C charging. Despite the minor issue with the key, I still recommend the seller. The item was as described, and the overall value was great.
