Product came in on time, although EBay sent me two emails telling me my scooter was delayed in shipping. I was not happy about that, I contacted the seller they responded quickly to let me know that my scooter was not delayed in shipping. Box was damaged and mirror was cracked, however that was not on the seller, I watched the FedEx driver drop my package from the back of his truck in my driveway. I did not contact the seller for a replacement mirror, it's not that big of a deal for me.
Item as described! Now, that an auto is not absolutely necessary this e-scooter will fit my lifestyle just fine. It's a "real dandy" and features everything that allows me to feel 100% confident and satisfied with purchase. my bag is excellent delivery did take awhile partly my fault as my ebay account had wrong address on it ....But communication from seller is awfully slow plus when they did change the address they left the original postcode on the label so post office got confused .That being said I would still buy from the seller again as the product and price where excellent and they sent a free pump as a gift just for buying from them ..
