The seller smashed a complete cpap mask kit into a little bag for shipping. The air was forced out of the cpap bag in order to make it so small. Not sure why someone would want to do this and risk damage other than to save a few pennies on shipping. Pretty sad shipping practice. The seller's response to me was "return it if I don't want it". Hope whoever buys from this seller going forward has better luck. The pictures show the item as advertised by the seller and how it got to me.
Quick shipping & careful packing and my candle arrived in perfect condition. The scent is outrageously wonderful. I have purchased this brand of candles from the mfg but never offered this good a deal. Will be watching for more by saving this Seller as a Favorite! Highly recommend this Seller. Have not installed the water filter yet, but the 3 pack of filters was shipped and received in a timely manner. Initially, I entered the incorrect shipping address. Contacted the seller and the seller corrected the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend this seller.
