The seller's customer service was EXCELLENT. Bottom line: the assembly instructions did not indicate these were self-threading screws, so I was unable to get them in. The seller was willing to replace the handles and screws. I consulted with the hardware store and they told me how to get the screws in. Bottom line: the assembly instructions were poor, but the seller's customer service was superb.

This came faster than expected. It looked small in the package, BUT, it is exactly as described and works perfectly. It holds necklaces and bracelets on my counter without tangling.
