I was told not to return the original since replacement parts were unavailable. Mistakes happen, and it's a sign of a good merchant when they stand behind what they sell and back them up by making good on any shortcomings.
Item as described except for the missing security straps. Quick ship; good communication. Item listing picture showed that the box had plastic security straps on it (which would be similar to what is normally done by the manufacturer) BUT the item received was missing the plastic security straps on so the package was probably opened. Picture was misleading.
