Seller advertised at $779.99 or BEST OFFER, but when we went in and offered one of the preset amounts for the offer, seller countered with $769.99 ($10.00 off) and would not accept any other offer. Seller shouldn’t even put “or best offer” on there if he isn’t willing to accept anything lower…$10.00 off is not a counter offer. But item works.

  3. The Mean Well RS-15-5 was in new condition as advertised, but was inadequately packaged and arrived damaged. However, I am not faulting the seller's packaging. The item has a sheet metal cage, the forces required for the shipper to crush it were extreme. Seller promptly refunded the full purchase price and shipping costs. I would do business with the seller again.
