Quality of Wera speaks for itself…the items are great the packaging/case is just as awesome. Second to none in my experience. Condition great, value incredible, appearance: see value. Seller was great, paid on Friday shipped out Monday morning. But then package did not move for 14 business days it stayed at OG location. This was on shippers, though, not on the seller. And seller was in constant communication and willing to make it right! We waited it out and it showed up 17 business days later!
The quality and the condition great. The item came new in the package. and the price was fair. The knife appeared to be just what I wanted. However the factory description was inaccurate. This was no fault of the seller. The seller cheerfully refunded my money when I explained the problem I definitely recommend the seller. Klein Tool needs to change the description of the product. The large thumb home cannot be used to open this knife in its current configuration. Not the sellers fault!
