  1. As advertised.....shipping was a bit of a "mystery" - FedEx strikes again.... Tracking info showed FedEx hadn't received the item yet and after three days, I contacted the seller with a prompt reply that it was on its way and they had opened a claim. The last day before I could consider it lost in transit and request a refund, it showed up - unfortunately, damaged.....I documented the damage and the seller quickly issued a refund. Excellent business practices, excellent communication, thank you.
