Great communication, lovely rug, well made and great value for money. Packaged well and delivery guy carried the heavy rug into the exact room I wanted it. The colours of the rug were a bit different to the photo but in my case it worked out and I loved the colour. Also, don’t forget there might be extra customs duties to pay depending on where you are shipping it to. Highly recommend this company.
