There was no communication from the seller. However, a few days after the order was placed, the order was shipped via USPS and it arrived in a timely fashion. The order arrived in a bubble wrap packaging that was perfect for the item. The order had no signs of shipping damage and was exactly as shown in the ordering pictures. This was a music CD from the 90s. Age was clearly evident from the original box and paper materials, but the CD itself was in great condition w/no playback issues at all.
