  1. Well, the seller refunded. Advertised as "Brand New Sealed." It had the foil inside package open and you could tell the box had been opened before. I installed it and the printer would not recognize the chip. This must have been a return or something. I did not leave negative although it would have been appropriate as they did refund as soon as I described the problem. No apologies, but they refunded. So, use caution with this seller.

  2. Package came on time, was missing replacement keycaps but that’s not much of a dealbreaker and a keycap had fallen off when I got it but this could have just been due to the delivery, not the sellers fault. Seller responds quick also and the item came in like good condition.
