Slower than average shipping. Bike came with a bent front wheel. Front fork will not compress at all. I’m very mechanically inclined. I had no issues putting the bike together. Rear shock came with a large dent. A few scratches throughout the bike. The battery will not show full charge. The seller says the battery issue is normal, and suggested I email a video to their website about issues. I sent a video and they suggested I put the front wheel on incorrectly. Buy at your own risk.

Great seller- communicative and helpful. This bike is FAST for a single job motor bike. Assembly took about an hour for us novices. I weigh 150lb and it’ll hit 31mph on flat roads, does well on hills. Range seems to be as advertised. Power is plenty for 2 people and the seat easily accommodates a friend. The bike arrived promptly and after we accidentally changed a setting somehow the seller immediately responded and told me how to fix it.
