Seller quickly shipped the wrong size and style belt for my Toro snow blower. After informing them of the error, they shipped the belt that was actually advertised. Unfortunately, it wasn't made to OEM specs (about 3/4" too long) for my machine. I purchased an OEM belt locally, which works fine and asked Reliable Aftermarket Parts cust. serv. to refund my entire purchase price, which they did promptly, and they told me to keep both belts. Best customer service dept. I ever dealt with on Ebay!
As Described, Poor packaging delayed delivery over 2 weeks, round object in plastic sealed bag look like it had set and rolled on a roller belt, track number and barcode destroyed, luckily address still legible to be repacked to complete shipment. Do not expect 2 to 3 day shipping, seller was notified at a week that it was not received and not moving. Had to wait 2 weeks. Attaching pin took a beating in shipping, but got it working and spring reinstalled, needed packing.
As always quality of their parts is top notch, shipping and packaging excellent, value for the price is excellent as I have never had a problem with anything I have purchased from this seller. Great with communication should you ever have a question about a product that your not sure about. I wish all sellers had this type of service within their company.
