Features Air Cylinder The long air cylinder is adopted to achieve the higher pressing efficiency and working speed. The pressing height can be automatically adjusted according to the size of cartons, effectively meeting different height requirements and greatly improving the working efficiency. Rotary Disc The rotary disc is steady and durable, and is equipped with the thickened face plate to achieve the higher load and longer service life. Control Panel The control panel is simple in structural design and easy to operate. The number of revolution and the winding direction can be freely adjusted and clearly displayed, the emergency stop switch is also designed, so the control panel is convenient to use and ensures safety. Air Pressure Unit The air pressure gauge and the pressure regulating valve are combined to achieve effective control over the air pressure, ensuring accurate adjustment and real-time monitoring of the air pressure, and improving the equipment reliability, operation flexibility and adaptability. Operation Method 1. Place the machine on the level surface and remove the outer packaging. 2. For the operator's personal safety, be sure to conduct reliable grounding of the machine as required before use and ensure that it is in good contact. Connect to the power supply specified on the machine label. 3. Connect the air source, and the cylinder rises to the highest point from the work surface. Move the position of the cylinder holder up and down according to the height of the package, and install the film with a suitable film width on the film frame. Press the lock sleeve up and down. 4. Operate the control panel to adjust the parameters. (1) Press the I/O button, and proceed to the next step after the digital tube is on. (2) Press the ▲ and ▼ buttons to set the number of rotating films, usually 5-6 turns, and the customers can set the number of winding films according to their own requirements. (3) Press the forward/reverse rotation button to set the winding direction. 5. After debugging, place the goods on the rotating disc, wind the goods around the wrapping film, press the foot switch, the cylinder pressing plate descends and presses the package, and the motor starts to run. The machine stops working when the winding number reaches the set value. If the wrapping film on the surface of the package is tight, adjust the tension of the wrapping film to a suitable position.
